Who can build a 100MW Solar Power plant? Business Opportunity.?

We have a client in the oil & Gas sector who needs a Solar power solution to the tune of 100MW. I am trying to contact a company called "Solar Systems" in Australia but I am having a tough time getting through to them. Does anyone know of a company that can help build this plant?
