Engineering problems are of course numerous in green energy, like using unused offshore platforms for?
wind or solar power. Birds and things blown in the wind alone make a lot of approaches infeasible. Should many of the world powers actually have an engineering panel to begin reviewing engineering information, and begin collecting information?
