Cheap solar panels.....advice?

I came across this site that had links to incredible deals on solar panels for California and Colorado residents (up to $60,000 discounts with the new rebate acts)... Just wondering what you guys think about this? I want to install this on my residential and vacation home so I can make some money...

Older less efficient panels are being sold at discounts. They will work but you have to install more of them so you may end up losing all or part of your "savings" as compared to newer panels.
