I am really interested in Solar Energy for economic reasons but the speaker is not, I repeat, not professional. Too many ums. I am a patient person but this really goes too far. Please take a public speaking course available at any Community college.
Um uh what did you say:)? Im sorry but the crowd was not smart enough t understand your jokes at the start of your speech… I guess those jokes sort of killed her confidence level just a little cause she started talking faster and kinda mixing her words at times after she tried t warm up the crowd:( Im sure she was feeling very uncomfortable it was still a good speech though:)
I was so excited to learn about solar panel installation, what with the inverters and charge controllers, so I could do it myself but the “ums” are driving me CRAZY!!!…..maybe this could be redone somehow so people will like to listen and thusly become more environmentally/economically educated….no hard feelings toward the speaker, but a revised edition would be nice.
10 minutes in … she has said “umm” 1,418 times. take out all the “umm’s”, i bet this entire talk could be edited down to a 5 minute long semi-coherent techtalk on solar power, i think. maybe … umm….

The country is in a serious financial trouble. Do not rely on rebates. States are cutting funds left and right. You think California, Texas, and Florida will give out rebates when they are at peak unemployment, unemployment money is gone, and budgets in the rears. Plan you budget without rebates in mind. As she stated, rebates are given to certified panels. DIY are punished. Thats B.S.

I challange anyone to count the “um’s” in her presentation.
Please check current cost, rebates and tax credits. She quotes a price that is not reflective of todays cost not even close (2009) vs (2007) not to mention the value added you obtain by putting in a system of any size or type. Check us out in SC Global Sun Solar online for estimates, quotes or basic information. Thank you for the info I thought I should clarify the time and needed corrections here. I trust you don’t mind that I did so.
