What companies can offer solar power to UK companies with no capital investment?
Many companies in the USA offer a Power Purchase Agreement for businesses, so that they can get Solar installed with no capital investment, no solar equipment purchase, no maintenance costs, just a simple monthly bill for solar electricity at a fixed rate.
Examples of Companies that do this are SunPower, BP Solar USA..etc
In the UK companies like Ecotricity will supply wind power on the same principles, but I cannot find anyone who does it for solar. I can only assume this is a government grants issue or a slower payback rate for the supplier?
Does anyone know of a company in the UK that will provide a solar system to a business under the same principles of: no capital investment, no solar equipment purchase, no maintenance costs, just a simple monthly bill for solar electricity at a fixed rate?
As far as I am aware, there are no commercial Solar 'power plants' in UK, hence no power co. can sell you 'solar electricity' ...
In any event, Solar is (currently) about the most expensive method of generation (as you say, no government grants) so if you really must go Solar electric, I suggest you get a 25 yr. loan and install your own (the loan repayments might actually be cheaper than what you would have to pay for commercial solar 
)
PS As far as I am aware, the most efficient way of using 'sun power' in UK (given our latitude) is to directly heat water (rather than generate electricity which you then use to heat water )
