Is Hydro Alternative Energy??
Yes it is an alternate energy source and is also one of the cheapest ways to produce electric power.
There are some environmental issues with the dams that are built to produce hydroelectric power.
In my opinion is if you are going to build a dam for electricity only don't.
If you are going to build a dam that will be releasing water anyway then put a generator in it.
