Wave power which is the energy of ocean surface waves and the capture of that energy to do useful work - including electricity generation, desalination, and the pumping of water (into reservoirs)
Just because the politicians are in the back pockets of the oil companies, does not mean we do not have the technology to be energy independent.
Do your research before you speak, think before you buy the arguments from big oil
I'm aware of all of those. I'm a Republican and I support alternative fuels. But, did you do research before you asked this question? Do you know the cost of those product, and the market feasability? Do you know why wave energy hasn't taken off?
Hydrogen will eventually be the greatest single source of energy and I am saddened by the fact that the patents will be held by Japanese or German companies - I'd bet on Honda getting it first. We are 10-15 years behind on hydrogen research.
